Konica Minolta Charging Modules @ Pioneers
This modular set was commissioned by Konica MInolta for the Pioneers Festival 2016. The requirements described two combinable modules that enclose power-banks in a theft-prevention way, so that the festival attendants can only use a protruding cable to charge their devices. This was resolved with inter-changeable branded covers that cover the power banks, while also providing customisable looks for different occasions. USB LED lamps informed the users about the battery status of the power banks and created an illuminated effect on the modules. The product received great user feedback and had commercial success.
