Canon @ Photo&Adventure 2023

€0.00

After a successful collaboration in Photo&Adventure 2022, Canon came back for the conceptualisation of the stand in Photo Adventure 2023. The location remained the same, but the concept changed to “World of Color”. The challenge was to use the same space and the height concept referring to last year’s iconic presence, but create a completely fresh look and layout.

After discussions with the technical partners a combination of Layher and Aluvision were used to elevate the logo, accomodate a binocular area, as well as create a creator’s box in the back of our area. The need for all the different activation areas, as well as the length of the stairs and careful consideration of the visitor flows, formed a diagonal floor plan. In this floor plan visitors from both main flows are lured in the “Cameras & lenses” contact point, where they can interact with the personel. From there, two red carpets lead them to either the “Creator’s Zone” or the “Panorama View” .

For the “Creator’s Zone” it was important to get creative with cheaper, more available materials which also fit event regulations. Special reflective foils were combined with a variety of light sources to create photo opportunities for social media users. A silent disco activation in this area attracted more users and created a small entertainment center at the back of the Canon tower.

All of these happened in line with Canon’s latest brand guidelines, only released two months before the event.
